Experience Yoga - Find Inner Peace
The focus of this retreat is on the holistic experience of yoga and it offers the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, to find inner peace and to gain new strength.
Our retreat is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. We offer you the opportunity to learn about Yoga in a more comprehensive way: from the basics of its philosophy, Yoga Asanas and meditations to breathing exercises, mantras and Yoga Nidra. Of all yogic practices, Yoga Nidra is a powerful form to train the mind and bring it into a relaxed and peaceful orientation.
We also focus on a healthy nutrition according to Ayurvedic guidelines, understanding food as a way to gain and maintain physical health. That is why these days are accompanied by a balanced vegetarian Ayurvedic diet,
which stimulates and appeals to all our senses.
During the retreat, from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next morning there will be silence and no speaking, Mauna will be practiced. Mauna's goal is to silence the mind and bring the thought waves to rest.
