Your contract partner for the yoga course, Yogaretreat, you have
booked, is me: Stefanie Thunecke, Gustav-Meyer-Straße 1, 14195 Berlin.

establishment name "Yoga Comparto"

2. Offer and acceptance
I offer my courses and retreats, among others, on the website
www.yogacomparto.com. The offer on the website is in the legal sense
an invitation to the participants. If you register for a course / retreat, the
contract is concluded with the registration confirmation issued by me and
becomes binding. At the latest with the transfer of the course fees or with
the start of the course/retreat, you declare your agreement with the
present terms and conditions.

3. Health fitness
I want to point out that you are responsible for your own fitness for the
conduct of the course/retreat I have described. If there are any health or
physical limitations, I ask for your reference to me or the course
instructor at the latest at the beginning of the course/retreat.

4. Delegation authority
I want to carry out the courses/retreats, at least in part, as an instructor
myself. Nevertheless, there is no claim of the participant that the course
will be carried out by me. I reserve the right to instruct suitable course
instructors to carry out the courses in whole or in part.

5. Minimum number of participants
I reserve the right to specify the minimum number of participants for the
courses/retreats offered by me. In case of failure to reach a minimum
number of participants, I reserve the right to withdraw from the contract
prior to the course/retreat. I will make this announcement at least 20
days before the start of the course/retreat. Among other things, I will
refer to the offer on my website to the minimum number of participants
and the corresponding reservation in case of failure to reach the
minimum number of participants. In this case, I will of course reimburse
the payments made to me.

6. Cancellation fees
The contract between us is concluded in the above-mentioned manner
and is binding. In case of cancellation by the participant the following
cancellation fees will be charged:
Up to one month before the start of the course / retreat,

the cancellation fee is 30% of the course price.
30-15 days before the beginning of the course / retreat,

the cancellation fee is 60% of the course price.
14 days before the beginning of the course / retreat

the cancellation fee is 100% of the course price.

7. Limitation of Liability
My liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health is
governed by statutory regulations. In all other cases I am not liable for
own simple negligence or for simple negligence of a legal representative
or one of my vicarious agents, as far as the breach of an essential
contractual duty is the liability basis. In this case, I am liable only to the
contract-typical and foreseeable damage.
