About Yoga

Yoga is a way of life based on an ancient Indian tradition.

Yoga helps us to come to a state of stillness and inner peace. Regular practice can align, balance and anchor us in the moment.  Originated from the word root "yui", which meaning is "to connect", the word yoga means the state in which you are connected to the most intimate reality within yourself, and the individual steps that help to get closer to this state.


Translated into everyday life, yoga can both improve one's own quality of life and make a contribution to a better coexistence in society. It is a way of life that goes far beyond the physical exercises (asanas) practiced on the yoga mat, because yoga affects all aspects of our personality: physically, mentally,

emotionally and spiritually.


Practicing yoga brings inner peace, can increase our general well-being and our productivity and significantly reduce the level of stress. Our yoga classes include mantras, asanas, meditation and pranayama. They are designed individually and are suitable for both, beginners and advanced.

Single lessons

We would be happy to arrange an appointment for a one-to-one lesson with you. Online individual lessons are the opportunity to get a safe introduction to yoga practice or to deepen what you have already learned. The single lessons last 60 minutes and cost 55 euros and can be customised according to your wishes.
