About Yoga Nidra
Of all Yoga practices, YOGA NIDRA is the strongest form to train the mind and align it with its relaxed and peaceful nature. If we can achieve the natural, relaxed, yet concentrated state of our mind, it becomes a powerful tool for the journey of our spiritual life.
Discovering the full potential of life should be a priority for everyone. We can achieve this through our inner wisdom. The right knowledge and the right way to act are the means to reconnect us with our inner wisdom. If the root of a plant is nourished and very well developed, the plant will develop its full potential. Similarly, it is beneficial for our mind to be properly trained and educated to discover and reach its full capacity.
No previous knowledge is required to participate. Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down in Savasana.
We offer Yoga Nidra online for individuals or groups. The dates are arranged personally as desired.
The cost is € 55 for an individual Yoga Nidra experience and € 25 per person in a group.
